A sensoriel trip around French products and a gastronomic cooking signed Pourcel.
Jacques & Laurent Pourcel, the twins who grew at the bank of the Mediterranean sea and it is there that they developed their greediness which brought them towards the cooking.
Their course get them a total freedom of creativity. They continue to dream about the perfumes of saffron, vanilla, orange blossom, olive oil… for the pleasure of their customers.
The South inspires them, their universe is declined all around the Mediterranean, their cooking exploits at the same time on the ground and marine notes and they play with the contrasts, chaud-froid, soft, crispy, salt-sweet, soft-bitter… A kitchen of taste and colors!
Among the most active chiefs in the world, we find their marks in Bangkok, Tokyo, Casablanca, Geneva, Marrakech, Algiers and soon Shanghai…
6sens, the restaurant of the France Pavilion will present a French and gastronomical table with a large Mediterranean tendency.
From gastronomy to the snacking while passing by the French traditional brewery, 6sens also offers you the possibility to privatize the restaurant for businesses lunch or organization of cocktails.
